Position: Project Assistant: Customer Relations

Location: Virtual/Online 

Part-Time: 10-15 hours a Week

Hourly Rate: $15

In this role the Project Assistant will perform administrative tasks like answering emails and phone calls, organizing calendars, scheduling appointments and maintaining online records. The focus of this position will be to provide various forms of customer service. 

The Project Assistant will also do data entry, report preparation and customer service.

Moreover the Project Assistant will use their time conducting online research,  customer service and doing digital marketing.

Further a successful candidate will have a foundational understanding of racial equity issues and concepts.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Facilitate a Digital Community 

  • Creating CRM Automations

  • Managing Back Office of Wix site 

  • Answer emails and phone calls from customers

  • Schedule appointments

  • Conduct online research  for project specific information 

  • Prepare presentations and written materials according to instructions given

  • Research, assemble and summarize pertinent information from various sources based on general or specific instruction for the purpose of preparing proposals, presentations, trainings/workshops and evaluation reports

Skills and Qualifications

  • Some college experience preferred

  • Familiarity with latest workplace technologies: Zoom, Google Apps

  • Working knowledge of spreadsheet and word-processing program

  • Excellent multitasking, time management and organizational skills

  • Ability to work with minimum supervision

  • Must have a PC  with Webcam and reliable /strong Internet connection

COVID-19 considerations:
Due to COVID we are primarily working remotely. We have an office space in Brooklyn Park that we are currently using on an as needed basis. When in the office everyone must wear mask, sanitizer is provided.
