We have created an equity leadership identity progression for leaders which helps guide them along a pathway of self-development and goal setting as well as five critical lenses of developing an equity leadership identity.

The (CCAI) workshop is a powerful tool in helping participants identify personal areas of low cultural understanding. Participants also identify individual strengths and weaknesses in four skill areas fundamental to effective cross-cultural communication.
