Equity Audits
Equity Audits that provide a systemic view of the level of inclusiveness of your organization’s policies, programs, and practices. Our Equity Audits can include any of the following compontents:
- Internal and External Stakeholder Listenting Sessions
- Audit of Policies, Regulations
- Audit of Curriculum, Syllabi
- Audit of Handbooks ( Staff, Student, Faculty)
- 1:1 Equity Interview with Executive Leadership

We are certified and offer a variety of cultural inventores that can be used to assess the status of one’s equity journey.
These assessments can be used:
- As an individual – a person could register for a personal coaching session which would include one ( or several) of the inventories and a coaching session
- A group – an organization’s stand alone service can select the cultural inventories as their only service. This service typically includes: an inventory for the team, a group report, individual reports, a group debrief and optional 1:1 coaching sessions
- A group supplemental service As an additional feature along with another service-often organizations include an cultural assessment to bolster their diversity equity and inclusion initiatives.
Sankore Consulting is certified in the following inventories:
- Intercutural Development Inventory (IDI) this is used to assess intercultural competence—the capability to shift cultural perspective and appropriately adapt behavior to cultural differences and commonalities.
- Inclusive Behaviors Inventory ( IBI) With the IBI you will help executives, managers, and entire organizations assess their inclusivity. The IBI lays the groundwork for building a more inclusive organizational culture by identifying areas where greater inclusivity is needed and cultivating skills for acting in a more inclusive way.
- Intercultural Conflict Style Inventory (ICS) The ICS is a cross-culturally validated assessment of an individual’s approach to communicating, resolving conflicts and solving problems. Respondents learn about the four cross-cultural conflict resolution styles assessed by the ICS Inventory
Cross-Cultural Adaptability Inventory (CCAI) The CCAI helps participants identify individual strengths and weaknesses in four skill areas. The CCAI Examine expectations and feelings regarding cross-cultural experiences Identify fundamental causes of cross-cultural difficulties Investigate ways to improve cross-cultural effectiveness. This inventory does not require certification.

We will work with your team to draft an Equity Framework and or Equity Policy that is reflective and responsive of your organization’s values and community.
This process includes the following components:

Equitable outcomes can only be achieved when leaders live out an equity-based identity, one that projects true and authentic change.
We have created an equity leadership identity progression for leaders which helps guide them along a pathway of self-development and goal setting as well as five critical lenses of developing an equity leadership identity.

Cultural Intelligence Learning Series
This series is designed to build critical consciousness through deep reflection and intentional action. We utilize a constructivist approach for capacity building that incorporates interactive activities and lectures and encourages participants to move to action.
