Developing an Equity Leadership Identity
Equitable outcomes can only be achieved when leaders live out an equity-based identity, one that projects true and authentic change.
We have created an equity leadership identity progression for leaders which helps guide them along a pathway of self-development and goal setting as well as five critical lenses of developing an equity leadership identity.

Intercultural Development Inventory (IDI) Qualified Administrator

Cross Cultural Adaptability Inventory (CCAI)
The (CCAI) workshop is a powerful tool in helping participants identify personal areas of low cultural understanding. Participants also identify individual strengths and weaknesses in four skill areas fundamental to effective cross-cultural communication.
Plan -Framework-Policy Development
We will work with key stakeholders to collaborate on creating an Equity Plan to that will be responsive and effective in meeting the needs and aspirations of the organization.
